How this bill-giving concept works

Char is a prototype idea for helping givers discover specific, time-limited bill needs. The screens are interactive, but every person, request, and outcome in this demo is fictional.

1. A taker describes a current bill

In the planned product, a taker would share a bill purpose, requested amount, due date, and only the location details needed to explain the request. A person would need to complete contact and identity checks before publishing, and could keep no more than two needs active at once. Each post would expire after 30 days so an old bill does not remain open indefinitely.

2. A giver discovers requests at their own pace

Givers could browse approved requests without creating an account. The swipe-inspired card makes discovery quick, but the interaction is not the payment: passing, saving, or expressing interest never transfers funds. Givers would see who receives a contribution, what asset and network are involved, and any proposed fee before making a separate, explicit decision.

3. The status and evidence stay honest

After a successful contribution, the giver could return to a wallet-linked history to view status and any approved proof summary. A public-chain transaction can show that assets moved between addresses; it cannot by itself show that a particular bill was paid or how the recipient used the funds. A receipt can be helpful evidence, but it can be incomplete or falsified, so the product should say exactly what was reviewed.

4. Moderation handles abuse with due process

An owner and trained moderators would review reports, new needs, and submitted evidence. The concept favors proportionate account actions, a recorded reason, and an appeal path. Moderation controls would not give ordinary staff the ability to secretly take a giver’s funds or publicly expose a taker’s identity.

Important: This site is a front-end prototype only. It does not connect wallets, collect KYC data, accept donations, store real bill documents, or pay a biller.
